• Your local accountant - interested in his/her fees, hoefully cautious about taking risks with your money
• the local TEC - very interested in getting you on their books!
• Barclays Bank Information Sources
• Old lags from Newgate - a very good source of advice about bankrupcy, tax avoidance and persuading people to give you lots of funds and owing it to them for ever more.
• Bankrupts Anonymous
• the Vicar

The last place to go for advice is your local university and college - unless they have a small business enterprise centre. They will want to sell you a course!
