- goals
- values
- feelings
- personal strengths and weaknesses
- and other 'self' factors.
To be self-determining requires well-grounded awareness of self-attributes. The successful manager needs skills of introspection.
Assessment of how you and others see "your self-profile" and the part the perceived qualities play in determining behaviour needs to be realistic and verifiable via good, useful feedback from others.
