6. Emotional Resilience
Review your development by exploring the following questions/propositions. Make notes on steps you can take to strengthen your repetoire of ability and understanding in this area.
'Resilient' means that he or she feels the stress and doesn't become thick-skinned and insensitive but can cope with it by maintaining self-control and by 'giving' to some extent - but not so much that he/she becomes mis-shapen.
Be aware of your safe havens - those places/relationships you rely on and value to weather the storms.
