Stakeholder analysis
The central tenet is that organisations should move
from a shareholder to stakeholder perspective. But there are definitional
and methodological problems

- Indispensible (sine qua non) to notion of business virtue?
Under-researched area.
Boards studied using e.g. agency, resource dependency,
stewardship and class hegemony theory etc , but little
done on stakeholder theory - few studies of boards
and stakeholder orientations.
